What a Skaven Packmaster has is a things-catcher, Clan Moulder's version of a man catcher or catchpole. (Yes, they actually exist! Who wants to LARP a Skaven Packmaster?)
When you are hoisted up, the spikes dig into your throat, choking you to death.
Quite a bummer Austin didn't last long in this environment...
