Lowen says some final words as his soul is slowly sucked away by Pepper, killing him permanently.

....And that's all I had for my outline....which means, now to work on the End of the Arc.
I'll work on the outline and try to end the arc hopefully soon...maybe by the end of the year? We'll see. :)
